EXPERIENCE
Litigation lawyer with experience in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings in the health and financial fields, as well as in arbitration proceedings, asset purchase and sale contracts and corporate disputes.
Prior to BROSETA, he developed his professional career in legal services firms such as Lener, Ortego y Cameno Abogados, DJV Abogados and Avego Abogados, as well as in Mutua Madrileña and in the Court of First Instance nº3 of Colmenar Viejo, Madrid.
EDUCATION
– Double Degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
– Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Consultancy (LLM) from IE Law School.
