On the 1^st and 2^nd of June will take place the 6th Edition of the International Compliance Conference, organized by the General Foundation of the University of Granada and sponsored, among other companies, by BROSETA.

The Conference, which will bring together the best professionals on the international stage of Compliance, including Luis Rodríguez Soler, Partner and Head of BROSETA Compliance, will address the key aspects and in terms of compliance with current challenges, from a participatory and practical approach.

Among other things, during the various sessions, they will analyse new obligations under the fourth directive on prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism; the lessons that the private sector can bring to the police investigation of financial crime; the results produced by the collaboration between different countries’ financial intelligence units; the new role of the Compliance Officer, as well as some of the most relevant cases on money-laundering, financing of terrorism, corruption and cybercrime.
