  • Advising on property liability of the State legislator, for the suspension of the remuneration and economic incentives to new installations from cogeneration, renewable energy and waste.
  • Advice to public entities and drafting of planning and regulatory instruments for renewable energy installations.
  • Advice on the processing of registration in the Specific Remuneration System Registry and on competing in power auctions.
