State Attorney and professional with extensive experience in advising public and private sector entities. She has served as a State Attorney in various positions within the Ministry of Interior, the National Court, and the General Sub-Directorate of EU and International Affairs, having acted as an Agent of the Kingdom of Spain before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Prior to joining BROSETA, and in the private sector, she worked as Of Counsel in the contentious-public department of Simmons & Simmons in Madrid, and led the Regulatory and EU Law department at BDO Abogados, the firm from which she came.

 

She is an arbitrator at the Madrid Court of Arbitration and the Spanish Court of Arbitration and has engaged extensively in teaching at institutions such as the Diplomatic School of Spain (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation), IE Law School, Universidad San Pablo CEU, and the Center for Legal Studies of the Ministry of Justice.

 

 

– Bachelor’s Degree in Law from ICADE (specialty E-1; Legal Advisor to Companies), Pontifical University of Comillas, 1989-1994.

 

– Entered the State Attorney Corps by public examination (ranked 7th in the 2000 class).
