Commercial lawyer, specialised in corporate law and M&A, specifically in advising national and international companies on corporate law (amendments to bylaws and corporate agreements), corporate restructuring (mergers, spin-offs and transformations), company acquisition and sale transactions, preparation of due diligence reports, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, as well as coordination of teams from different departments of the Firm in commercial transactions.
FORMACIÓN
– Double Degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Valencia.
– Double Master’s Degree in Law and Corporate Legal Consultancy from IE Law School (LL.M) (Honours in the Master’s thesis on Competition Law).
