EXPERIENCE :
He has previously developed his professional career at ONTIER and EY Abogados, as well as at InsudPharma, advising both national and international companies and investment funds on corporate law and share, shareholding and asset purchase and sale transactions, and the preparation of due diligence reports, among others.
He has teaching experience as a collaborator at the CEU San Pablo University.
He currently works as an Associate in the Commercial Law area of BROSETA.
