EXPERIENCE
A lawyer in the Commercial Law department of BROSETA, he regularly advises service and manufacturing companies and companies from various sectors, both national and multinational, mainly from Japan.
Jaime also advises on the purchase and sale of companies and bank refinancing processes, and has experience in the negotiation and execution of supply, service and distribution contracts, among others.
In the real estate field, Jaime has advised Japanese companies in different operations carried out at national level.
EDUCATION
– Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid.
– Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
