EXPERIENCE:

Lawyer with extensive experience in highly complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and in regulatory matters of financial institutions, as well as in Project Finance transactions, mainly providing advisory services to financial institutions and Private Equity companies.

Before joining BROSETA, he built his professional career in law firms such as DLA Piper ABBC and Garrigues.

He also has a number of publications in the areas of M&A, Finance and Economics and is referenced in several specialised directories such as Best Lawyers, Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and Transactional Track Record.

EDUCATION:

Law Degree from the Catholic University of Portugal and Public Law Course from the Hague Academy of International Law.
