Since the beginning of her professional career, she has provided ongoing advice on corporate and commercial law matters to both national and international companies.
She also advises on various commercial contracting operations, structural modification of companies, as well as Due Diligence.

– Master’s Degree in Law with specialisation in Commercial Law from the Barcelona School of Management (UPF).
