Associate lawyer in the Commercial Law department of BROSETA, specialising in Real Estate and Corporate Law.
In the real estate field, she has experience in legal due diligence processes, purchase and sale of real properties and businesses, legal advice for Shopping Centre Owners’ Associations, Build to Rent transactions and legal advice for Business Centres (Serviced Offices and Coworking), among others.
In commercial and corporate matters, she regularly participates in financing operations linked to property developments, acquisition, purchase, sale and lease of all types of real properties; commercial contracts.
Prior to her addition to BROSETA, she was a member of the Real Estate and Corporate Law teams of legal services firms such as Vaciero and Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados.
She has also taught on the Master’s programme in Telecommunications, Internet and Audiovisual Business and Law at the European University of Madrid.
