Lawyer specialising in litigation in the field of Industrial Property, Unfair Competition, Commercial Companies and Commercial Contracts.
Prior to BROSETA, she worked for 20 years in the Otero Lastres Law Firm, for Professor Dr. José Manuel Otero Lastres.
Author of specialised articles for different publications in the sector, she is also an arbiter at the Spanish Court of Arbitration and carries out teaching work on the University Master’s degree in access to the law at the International University of La Rioja.
