The Generalitat Valenciana, the Foundation of Stock Market and Financial studies (FEBF), the Catholic University of Valencia “San Vicente Mártir” and the Bar Association of Valencia (ICAV) have recognized the work of Manuel Broseta for his 15 years at the head of the prestigious Master’s degree of legal advice to business. Antonio Gastaldi, regional Secretary of Justice of the Generalitat Valenciana, was commissioned to deliver a commemorative plaque at the opening ceremony of the 15th year of the postgraduate course.

Manuel Broseta gave his blessing to Alejandro Ríos, Partner and Director of the Commercial Law Department of the firm, who succeeds him and renews the involvement that the firm has with the training and specialisation of students on such a prestigious and popular Master’s degree.

Alejandro Ríos faces the new position with enthusiasm, inviting students to value the networking that this Master’s offers. The new academic Director has advised students to go beyond theoretical knowledge and to learn from the example of leaders in the sector on legal practice and traditional values in the application of legal reasoning. A good lawyer should know how to solve problems, communicate with skill and love detail, said Ríos.

The official Master’s Degree in legal advice for companies thus begins a new year keeping its main objective, as highlighted by Broseta, ‘a Master’s with practising lawyers, capable of transmitting their experience’. A faculty that brings together the best professionals in the sector who, through practical methodology, teach an important specialisation and keep students updated in the field of legal advice to business.
