BROSETA Tax Classroom ‘funding for the company in the new corporation tax’

BROSETA has created the BROSETA TAX CLASSROOM, a meeting point for analyzing tax today and addressing the main changes and their impact. For this the tax experts from the firm, accompanied by prominent guests, will try to address hot topics and those with serious business significance.

The first meeting of the BROSETA Tax classroom will focus on Tax reform, namely that in the bill on Corporation Tax law which proposes important amendments of regulations currently in force.

This seminar will discuss the new regulation of economic entities, financial expenses and taxation of shareholders. In particular, the following issues among others will be discussed: Economic activity and economic entities. Deductibility of financial expenses. Book capitalization. Exemption to avoid double taxation. International context.

Carlos Diéguez, partner and head of the tax Department of BROSETA, will open the session and then hand over for talks from Begoña Garcia-Rozado, Deputy Director General of taxes on legal persons at the Ministry of finance, who will address the draft corporate income tax law; and then Adolfo Martin, Professor of financial law of the University of Cádiz, and Of Counsel of BROSETA, who will also participate and analyze the problems of financing and international taxation.
