BROSETA Reinforces its Public Law Department by adding Partner Rosa Sanz

With this addition, BROSETA strengthens its organisation with one of the most recognised lawyers in the profession in the field of Public, Administrative and Regulatory Law, with the aim of strengthening the positioning of the firm in a practice area with a strong prospect of growth resulting from the many regulatory and legal changes that they are taking place.

Rosa Sanz

A State lawyer since 1993, Rosa Sanz has been Secretary General and Counsel of the ADIF public entity since its creation in 2005, and has also held the position of Secretariat of the Board of Directors of ADIF High Speed and numerous public corporations related to the integration of high speed railway infrastructures.

Previously she was Secretary General and Counsel to the Management of Railway Infrastructure (GIF), occupying also the position of Chief State Lawyer of the legal service of this body, and during her time in the General Administration of the State has occupied the posts of Chief State Lawyer in Soria, State Lawyer in the Ministry of Social Affairs and in the Ministry of Health and Consumers, and Director of the Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Security in the Ministry of the Interior, among others.

Arbitrator of Law on the Superior Council of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation, and during her most recent professional period Rosa Sanz was a Partner of Roca Junyent.
