BROSETA promotes its tax practice with the incorporation of a team of eight professionals

In line with the strategic objectives of the Firm, which envisage a permanent scenario of growth over the next few years under the values of profitability, sustainability and shared values, BROSETA has incorporated a team of nine professionals into the Firm’s Tax Law department in Valencia.

The team, led by Enrique Vázquez, who has joined as an equity partner and director of the department in Valencia, and by Miguel Ángel Galán, who has joined as a professional partner, is made up of professionals with extensive experience in the main national and international legal services firms.

With this integration, BROSETA consolidates, under the overall direction of the practice by partner Carlos Diéguez, one of the most outstanding Iberian tax consultancy structures, with nearly 40 professionals providing advice on the subject in projects on a high strategic level.

Consolidation and progress in the current context

For Rosa Vidal, managing partner of BROSETA, “the incorporation of this team, even more so in a scenario of uncertainty such as the current one, drives our determined strategy to consolidate and advance among the main national legal consultancy firms, and to maintain our position of reference and leadership in the Valencian market”.

Enrique Vázquez, for his part, considers this new stage “a very important growth project for us to which we will try to contribute, from our experience and knowledge, both in the traditional tax business (procedures, corporate taxation and operations) and in the area of Tax Compliance, a line of business that is increasingly in demand and in which we have a notable track record”.

Together with Enrique Vázquez and Miguel Ángel Galán, the professionals Jaime Escribano, Ramón Varanda, Mauro Sebastián, Anabel Naval, Aurora López and Isabel Vicente will be joining the Firm.

This incorporation also reinforces BROSETA’s service capacities and expertise in strategic sectors in which the new team already works with leading organisations, such as renewable energies, the agro-food sector and infrastructures, among others.

With these incorporations, BROSETA now has a team of 150 lawyers in Spain and Portugal, 31 of whom are partners, providing services in the main areas of business law.
