BROSETA promotes its Strategic Plan with the incorporation of Vicente Roldán as Partner

Within the framework of the 2020 Strategic Plan being carried out by BROSETA, which contemplates, among other aspects, the incorporation of lawyers of recognised excellence with the aim of consolidating the organisation among the leading legal firms in Spain, the Firm has incorporated Vicente Roldán as a partner in the area of Litigation Law and Arbitration.

With a degree in Law from the University of Castilla la Mancha and a PhD in Law and Economics from the University of San Pablo CEU, Vicente has more than 15 years of experience advising organisations in the areas of Litigation Law, Insolvency and Arbitration, in sectors such as Real Estate, Hotels and Digital Economy.

Vicente, who was already part of BROSETA‘s Litigation area at the beginning of his professional career, has developed his career in organisations such as Sigma Abogados, founded by the lawyer himself, and more recently in ÉCIJA, where he was a partner in the areas of Insolvency and Restructuring, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Litigation.

Arbitrator of the Corporate Arbitration Committee and member of the Committees of Experts of the European Arbitration Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Vicente is also a Teacher at the Francisco de Vitoria University and holds the title of Expert in Compliance from this institution, and Expert in Bankruptcy Law from the Instituto de Estudios de la Empresa and the Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir.

Litigation Law Department of BROSETA

BROSETA‘s Litigation area, made up of a team of 35 professionals, five of whom are partners, provides advice to companies on highly complex disputes or conflicts by which they may be affected in the development of their activity, highlighting the Firm’s expertise in the defence of financial entities, real estate processes, the insurance sector and corporate conflicts.

For Rosa Vidal, managing partner of BROSETA, “Vicente’s trajectory and his deep knowledge in sectors such as Real Estate, Hotel Management and the digital environment, complement with their incorporation BROSETA‘s value proposition. The fact that he returns as a partner to the Firm where he was trained is for us a source of pride and endorses our commitment to qualified Talent”.

With the incorporation of Vicente, BROSETA now has 29 partners in Spain who lead a team of more than 160 lawyers providing services in the main areas of Business Law.

2020 Strategic Plan

Since 2017, BROSETA has been carrying out the 2020 Strategic Plan, a four-year roadmap aimed at consolidating the organisation among the leading law firms in Spain, through which it contemplates an ambitious growth scenario based on a proposal for partnership with the client based on the incorporation of teams and lawyers of recognised excellence, the promotion of focused internationalisation of services and the connection with the best talent.

With these goals, during the first two years of development of Plan 2020, the Firm has achieved an accumulated business growth of 46%, from 14.7 million invoicing at the close of fiscal year 2016 to 21.5 million euros in 2018.
