BROSETA is participating in the ‘Seminar on legislative changes in urban planning: the new laws of land management, Urban Planning and Landscape and Prevention, Quality and Environmental Control of the Valencian Community’ organised by the Regional Society of Clerks, Comptrollers and Treasurers of the Local administration of the Provinces of Castellón. The meeting will take place on the 25th November and 2nd December in the Auditorium of the Planetarium of the Grao de Castellón.

Rosa Vidal, Partner and Head of the Department of Public Law of BROSETA, will be part of the panel of speakers at the Conference, and in her speech will analyse the protection of urban development law: offences and penalties in the law of land management, urban planning and landscape.
