On the 2^nd June in the Auditorium of the Museo Thyssen – Bornemisza in Madrid a presentation of the new Treaty on Foundations took place.

The work, which includes the legal and tax framework for the sector and which was created  with the intention of being a consultation manual for the professionals of both camps, has featured the participation of Miguel Navarro, Partner of BROSETA, who has developed, together with the Director General of the Foundation of Stock Market and Financial Studies, Isabel Giménez, the chapter relating to the Law of Foundations in the region of Valencia.

In the presentation ceremony members of the Spanish Association of Foundations participated, as did its President, Javier Nadal, who drew attention to the “Open character of this Treaty and how it reflects the challenges for the future in the sector”.

As well as Nadal, others spoke at the presentation, including Javier Moscoso, President of the Board of Directors of Thomson – Reuters Aranzadi; Juan Antonio Pedreño, President of CEPES, and Luciano Poyato, President of the Plataforma Tercer Sector.
