BROSETA obtain the distinction of “Equality in business”

Igualdad en la EmpresaBROSETA has been awarded the distinction of “Equality in business” which is granted by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, and highlights the work of the firm in the implementation of policies of equality of treatment and opportunity between its professionals. In this way, BROSETA becomes one of the first firms to have this certification, and one of only fourteen companies of a select group that achieved it this year in all of Spain.

The distinction of “Equality in business” is a trademark of excellence which recognises those companies that are committed to equality and that stand out for the implementation of policies of equality of treatment and opportunity, organisation models, working conditions and career development, as in all areas relating to its activity.

Within its commitment in this field, BROSETA has worked since 2011 on the implementation of an Equality Plan focused on ensuring respect for the principle of equality of treatment and opportunity between men and women in the heart of the company through the elimination of any type of discrimination in the workplace, as well as the promotion of equality between the sexes. This plan includes the values and the areas of action in compliance with the legislation on equality, establishing bases and the promotion of measures that encourage the promotion and professional development of gender within the firm.

In addition, at autonomic level BROSETA has already been awarded “Making of a company. Equal Opportunity” awarded by the Valencian Welfare Regional Government.
