On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the economic Journal ‘Expansion’, the Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy chaired a luncheon held at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, which was attended by leading representatives from the business and political sphere of the country. During the event, which had a remarkable impact on all the media, Mariano Rajoy announced the advancement to July 1st of the reduction of income tax previously planned for January 1st, 2016.
