Amongst various different initiatives related to the Group’s Equality Plan, BROSETA has signed an agreement for corporate membership of the Association of Women CEOs.

Founded in 2011, Women CEO is a non-profit organization which brings together women entrepreneurs and directors, professionals from various fields and activities (law, banking, pharmacy, marketing, media, advertising, etc.), and whose aim it is to promote women’s access to positions in senior management and boards of Directors of companies.

WomenCEO is a space for networking that promotes the participation of women in forums and media, organizes meetings and training workshops, and offers special conditions to their associates to pursue training in the most prestigious business schools.

It currently has more than one hundred individual members and more than ten associated companies of a corporate nature.
