BROSETA, in the launch of Puerto Mediterráneo

Puerto-MediterraneoBROSETA is one of the firms that participated in the drafting of the Regional Strategic Development Plan, of ‘Puerto Mediterraneo’ Shopping Resort complex which has been presented by those responsible for the project to the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Tourism and Employment in order for it to be presented in public.

This presentation was intended to finalise planning parameters and management of the environment in which the complex will be developed, in addition to realising an infrastructure connection of this centre with the city and other access roads.

The documentation presented, was prepared by BROSETA with L35 Architecture Studio and Alejandro Escribano, and details the implementation of a regional tertiary shopping and entertainment facility with an approximate area of about 300,000 square metres, accompanied by tertiary activities to resolve the integration of green areas.

Puerto Mediterráneo will become the largest Shopping and Leisure complex in Europe with an investment of 520 million, close to 200 million more will be provided by the operators. In addition, the complex expects to create 4,000 jobs in the Valencian Community and to achieve 15 million annual visits covering the Valencian Community, Murcia, Teruel and southern Catalonia.
