BROSETA creates its advisory council
BROSETA Lawyers has established its Advisory Council with the addition of renowned professionals from the worlds of business, financial and social. The Council aims to guide and advise the firm on its strategic lines, as well as its position in the legal sector. It is also the mission of this body to analyse all those initiatives that promote the opening up of new markets both nationally and internationally. The Council, chaired by Rafael Miranda, President of APD and the Endesa Foundation, consists of reputable presidents and experts whose experience will contribute to develop the Strategic Plan of the Office effectively.
In the words of the Senior Partner, Manuel Broseta, “the creation of the Advisory Council will bring us ideas, experience, solvency, projection and relational capital of a high level”. In addition to the above-mentioned Presidency, members of the Council include Juan Alfaro, Secretary General of the Club of Excellence in Sustainability; Carlos Beldarraín, Director General of the newspaper Expansion; Pedro Escudero, Director General of Banco Espirito Santo (BES); and Donald Johnston, President of the European Group of M&A in Deutsche Bank, among others.
