Together with these promotions, the Firm is complementing its growth strategy defined in the 2020 Plan with the incorporation of teams and lawyers of recognised professional excellence, with the aim of consolidating the organisation among the leading legal firms in Spain. Thus, BROSETA has recently incorporated professionals such as José Manuel Sipos, to lead the Competition Law Department; Agustín Puente, from the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as a partner in Privacy, IT and Digital Environments; Alberto Palomar, Magistrate on leave of absence, as a partner in the Public Law area, and Jesús Carrasco, as a litigation partner in the Madrid office.
