BROSETA commits to the Protocol for the implementation of the anonymous Curriculum Vitae

The Secretariat of State for Services and Equality, under the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, has launched a protocol for the design, preparation and follow-up of a project to implement depersonalised selection processes in organisations. These processes, commonly known as an anonymous or blind curriculums, are designed to avoid possible gender bias in staff selection processes and, where appropriate, professional promotion.

Through the anonymous or blind CV, personal references such as the name and surnames, sex, age and photographs of the candidates are deleted, putting the focus of unique attention on the training, qualifications, skills and professional profile of the candidates.
