BROSETA, a protective partner of the Association for the Progress of Management (APD), has collaborated with this organisation in the celebration of a lunch-seminar with the Minister of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness, Luis de Guindos, that discussed the role of Spain in the European Union, in which the Minister has spoken about the new context in Europe and the positioning of Spain as a leading country and one with remarkable prospects for future growth.

Manuel Broseta, President of BROSETA and member of the Governing Board of APD; Rosa Vidal, Managing Partner of the Firm; Julio Veloso, Partner and director of the Commercial Department, and Joaquín Giráldez, senior lawyer from the same department, attended the meeting along with a group of first class representatives from the main Spanish companies and institutions.

During the seminar, the Minister defended the reform of the Spanish financial sector and explained the prominent role of Sareb in this context, advancing the possibility that the Society for the Management of Assets arising from Bank Restructuring create a Socimi to put it on the Stock Exchange before end of year.
