The Public Law department of BROSETA held a webinar with the participation of the Director General of Town Planning of the Generalitat Valenciana, Vicente J. García Nebot, with the aim of examining some of the most relevant issues of the revised text of the Law on Land Use, Town Planning and Landscape of the Comunitat Valenciana, as well as the proposed Regulations on Town Planning and Management and the Decree of Collaborating Town Planning Entities on the facilitation of licences.

Moderated by partner Fernando Cacho, the session was attended by more than 100 professionals from the main public and private entities linked to the subject in the Generalitat Valenciana.
