BROSETA has been selected as one of the most innovative firms in Spain in the second edition of the Business Law Excellence Awards, organised by the economic newspaper Expansión, which recognises the best practices that have been carried out in the last 12 months in Spain in the field of legal advisory services.

Thus, BROSETA has been nominated in the “Most Innovative Project” category for the development of the “BROSETA Platform for Tax Sincerity in Latin America”, a pioneering work model implemented in the context of the tax regularisation processes that are taking place in the region, and which is based on the development of an international advisory model that combines BROSETA’s expertise in the field, with the in-house development of innovative and sophisticated tailor-made technological tools that make it possible to carry out work of enormous complexity in an agile, efficient, orderly, documented and remote way.

The thoroughness required by this type of process, the high volumes of information that must be managed, the obtaining, processing, systematising and safekeeping of the same, strict compliance with deadlines, the need for exhaustive knowledge of the jurisdiction for this work and the guarantee of maximum security in the information dealt with, have been some of the aspects valued by the jury for these Prizes when recognising the project, led for BROSETA by Luis Trigo, Partner of the Firm and Head of the Wealth Management Department.
