Keraben Group has sold all of the capital of its subsidiary Construplas – that makes equipment for bathrooms – to French investment funds Aquasourça & MBO Partenaires .

With this operation, which featured the advice of BROSETA on behalf of the seller, Keraben Group intends to reinforce its structure to deal with a new phase of growth and international expansion. For their part, the new shareholders of Construplas intend to continue the international development of the company, increasing presence in the countries where it is currently present, and entering into new markets with the aim of doubling its turnover in five years.

Construplas is one of the European leaders in the manufacture and distribution of high range resin solutions for the bathroom, including shower trays, hydromassage columns, panels, countertops and washbasins, and sells its products under the brand name Acquabella in Spain and in several other European countries.
