Sustainability, Broseta’s ESG consultancy, which participates in the strategy of companies by accompanying them, through expert advice specialised in sustainability, to successfully face and provide immediate solutions to their new challenges of sustainable transformation.

 In legal matters, we provide advice to companies on environmental issues such as the circular economy, waste and contaminated land. We also provide support to both private entities and public administrations in all matters relating to sustainable public procurement. In the energy field, we help companies in the legal compliance of all aspects related to the carbon footprint in order to reduce emissions. We also provide advice to companies on equality issues (equality plans, risk prevention, etc.), as well as on collective bargaining for these types of plans.

In the field of consultancy, we advise Boards of Directors and company management on sustainability strategy. In terms of compliance policies, we support companies in the preparation of corporate sustainability reports, EINF, double materiality analysis, CSRD GAP and in the activities included in the EU Taxonomy.

We also provide advice in relation to due diligence and risk management implementation processes, impact measurement and management and in all matters relating to climate change (emissions measurement and reporting, carbon footprint calculation and reduction plan, climate risk assessment analysis and resilience plan, among other services) and nature and biodiversity strategies.
