The Banking and Financial Law team at BROSET is composed of a group of professionals who have specialised knowledge of the sector and solid experience in the areas of refinancing, project finance, syndicated financing, complex financial operations and capital markets, among other aspects, both in Spain and abroad.

The Firm advises sponsors and financing banks on the structuring, due diligence process and formalization of project finance transactions. In this type of operation, BROSETA advises on the preparation and negotiation of project contracts and the structuring of financing alternatives and their guarantees, with tax and other cost optimisation.

In the area of Capital Markets, the Firm has a specialised team with extensive experience in all types of operations in this sector with a practical and market focus, which advises both issuers and bidders from different sectors as well as global coordinating banks, insurers and underwriters, both national and international.

BROSETA’s professionals in the area of Banking and Financial Law are also specialists in advising on issues of all types of securities representing the capital of companies (shares, with and without voting rights, redeemable, with or without preferential subscription rights), debt (bonds, convertible or exchangeable, bonds, EMTN) or hybrid (preferential participations), both to Spanish and foreign companies, through public or private offerings and admission to trading on secondary markets.
