In line with the strategic objectives of the Firm, which envisage a permanent scenario of growth over the next few years under the premises of profitability, sustainability and shared values, BROSETA has carried out the incorporation of the partners Marta Alamán and Alberto Fernández Irízar into the Employment team of the Madrid office.

Marta Alamán, who will take on the management of the department in Madrid, has a degree in Law from the Complutense University, and prior to joining BROSETA she was part of PwC for almost 30 years, being responsible in that firm for the creation and management of the Employment Law department, and also leading the international network of employment law of the organisation, a group of 600 employment experts distributed in ninety countries.

She has extensive experience in issues such as negotiating collective agreements and working day regulations, business restructuring and corporate operations, advising executive directors and senior management, strategic advice on management models in companies or the preparation of diagnostic and equality plans, among others, and is also a regular contributor to international directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 or Best Lawyers.

For his part, Alberto Fernández Irízar, who has also joined the Madrid team as a partner, holds a degree in Law and legal advice to companies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), as well as a Master’s degree in Legal Advice to Companies and PDD, and has been part of the Employment Law team at PwC for over ten years, with additional experience in international firms such as Eversheds Sutherland Nicea. Alberto specialises in providing comprehensive employment and social security advice to companies and in labour relations, and also has experience in the field of employment proceedings, at all levels of this jurisdiction.

Together with Marta and Alberto, Borja Herrero has also joined the department as an associate, an employment lawyer with experience in firms in the sector such as PwC and BDO, and in companies such as Isolux Corsan.
