On the occasion of important changes in the Chilean tax legislation, the Chilean Institute of Rational Administration of Companies (ICARE) wanted to bring together renowned experts in the field creating the Forum on ‘Implementation of the tax reform’. BROSETA Lawyers has been one of the firms invited due to its prominent role in the Spanish tax amnesty process.

The meeting, which will be held on October 21st in Santiago, Chile, will be opened by the Chairman of the Legal circle of ICARE, Juan Ignacio Langlois, and will be attended by Luis Trigo, Managing Partner of BROSETA; Manuel Manquez, Partner Manquez Hatta tax consultants; Christian Blanche, founder and Principal Partner of Tax Advisors; Alberto Maturana, Partner of Baker & McKenzie; Roberto Carlos Rivas, Member of the Legal and Tax Department of PwC Chile.

In his presentation, Luis Trigo will address the Spanish experience in relation to the tax treatment of simulated business and fraud law, as well as the tax amnesty.
