Luis Pérez Juste, senior lawyer of the Employment Law Department of BROSETA, in Economía 3 analyzes the judgments of the Supreme Court of the 6th of May 2015 (Rec. 68/2014) and of the 7th of July 2015 (Rec. 206/2014), on the application of certain conditions of wage increases in collective agreements, and the problems of practical application of this measure.
