Specialist with notable recognition and extensive experience in Public Law, having developed his career prior to BROSETA as a State Attorney by public examination for the Generalitat Valenciana, and at Garrigues, the firm from which he came and where he was a partner since 2005. As a specialist in Public Law, he has been recognized in national and international publications and directories.
As a specialist in public procurement, infrastructure, and urban planning, he has led the legal direction of numerous significant urban development projects in the Valencian Community and Murcia and has been involved in highly significant litigation related to public procurement.
As a litigator, he has extensive experience, having served as Lead Counsel in numerous contentious-administrative proceedings and cases before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He is also a Mediator at the Mediation and Arbitration Court of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, where he has participated in several processes appointed by the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.
He also has a strong teaching career, having been a professor at the University of Valencia and currently teaching at the Catholic University of Valencia, where he teaches Public Law subjects and coordinates the Administrative Law Module of the master’s degree in legal Practice.
