EXPERIENCE
State Lawyer, specialising in Public Regulatory Law.
Partner at BROSETA, she has headed the Firm and the Public Regulatory Law area since 2016. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she had a long career as a State Lawyer in different positions of responsibility.
Among other functions, she was Head State Lawyer in Soria and Castellón; State Lawyer at the AEAT in Valencia; Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Castellón; substitute Secretary of the Regional Economic Administrative Court of Valencia; member of the Monitoring Group in Valencia of the Observatory of Tax Offences and Money Laundering.
She was President of the Board of Directors and General Director of RTVV in 2013.
Recognised as one of the best lawyers in Spain in her field of specialisation in international directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers, she has also been selected in all editions of the InspiraLaw initiative of Iberian Lawyer as one of the best lawyers in Spain and Portugal.
She is a councillor of Banco de Crédito Cooperativo, BCC, Cajamar Group.
She is also an Arbitrator of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), and has extensive teaching experience and a prolific publishing work.
