EXPERIENCE
Participation in bankruptcy proceedings, both from the position of the Bankruptcy Administration and from the point of view of the individual lawyer; Preparation and assistance to clients in civil and commercial hearings; Drafting of pleadings, drafting of contracts, preparation of trials and attendance, conducting examinations of witnesses, experts and parties to proceedings; Drafting of contracts and of the project for the implementation of Data Protection policies.
Before joining BROSETA, she worked for legal services firms such as Lener, Cremades & Calvo Sotelo and Chequers Abogados, as well as for the media agency GROUPM.
EDUCATION
– Degree in Law from the University of Navarra.
– Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specialising in International Corporate Law, from CUNEF.
– Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the European University of Madrid.
