EXPERIENCE
Commercial lawyer specialising in M&A processes (preparation of due diligence, preparation of contracts and reps and warranties, negotiation of processes, acquisitions in insolvency proceedings), corporate law (drafting of corporate agreements, preparation and approval of accounts, capital increases and reductions, separation of partners, dissolution and liquidation agreements, drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, incorporation of commercial entities) and contracting (drafting and negotiation of distribution agreements, Joint-Venture, provision of services, leasing, renting, factoring, collaboration, etc.).
Prior to joining BROSETA, she worked in legal services firms such as Grant Thornton, Baker McKenzie, CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo or Aaroz y Rueda.
She is a volunteer at the Fundación Soñar Despierto, an organisation that supports the social integration of children living in shelters.
EDUCATION
